Registration Process

Enter your e-mail address and create a password for yourself.

Once your membership is approved (allow 24 hours), log in and have access to all the pages.

Registration is open to all residents of the community and HOA board members. You may register more than one person per household. Your e-mail will be used for HOA announcements and is not shared with anyone.

The Elms, Oaks and Willows are located in El Dorado Hills, CA. Built by Renasci Homes between 2016 and 2019, this development comprises a total of 82 homes, all managed by one Home Owners Association (HOA).

This site is for residents of the area to retrieve documents, learn about upcoming meetings, provide feedback and get up to date information.
​
The HOA is managed by The Management Trust and governed by a 5 member board of directors.
